Booking Information
Prices shown are in GBP and per week. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The balance plus £150 damage/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Damage/key deposit will be returned, within 14 days, subject to satisfactory inspection of the property. The rental rates also include water and electricity costs, bedding and towels (please bring your own beach/pool towels). There is a charge of £55 for the departure clean and laundry, payable with the balance. You will be met at the property on your arrival, given keys and information about the property. Driving directions, airport transfers, full area information pack can be supplied on application.

This immaculate holiday accommodation is situated in Dona Pepa ll, where local shops, bars, and restaurants are just a short walk. The award winning town of Ciudad Quesada is within walking distance, and the town boast dozens of restaurants of all nationalities (Spanish English Chinese Indian, Italian, German, and Scandinavian.) The beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar de Segura are only a short drive away, with miles of golden sands. You can rent chairs and parasols very reasonably prices and even get a back massage. Along the promenade you can purchase food and drink from one of the many cafes, bars and restaurants. The local markets are an excellent place to shop for all your fresh fruit and veg. You can buy spit roasted chickens, BBQ lamb and pork. Golfers will find several excellent quality courses within a short drive. The local cycle track which starts at the Quesada roundabout and can be followed straight into Torrevieja and local bike hire is available. Children will love Quesada’s aqua park, tennis courts, mini golf, and various play areas. For energetic there are several outdoor excise parks. Daily coach trips to Benidorm and other places of interest are available throughout the year.
