Booking Information

Prices shown are in GBP and per week. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The balance plus £150 damage/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Damage/key deposit will be returned, within 14 days, subject to satisfactory inspection of the property. The rental rates also include water and electricity costs, bedding and towels (please bring your own beach/pool towels). There is a charge of £65 for the departure clean and laundry, payable with the balance. You will be met at the property on your arrival, given keys and information about the property. Driving directions, airport transfers, full area information pack can be supplied on application.

Spacious family holiday home, ideal for the children, all the family will love this pool facing property it has just about everything you could need, from a fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms, and generous outside areas. The property is situated in an excellent position within the very popular urbanisation of Dona Pepa ll. Local bars, shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk. The award winning town of Ciudad Quesada is within walking distance. The town boast dozens of restaurants of all nationalities (Spanish English Chinese Indian, Italian, German, Scandinavian) Many bars, pubs, cafes, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, petrol station etc. Among the attractions in Ciudad Quesada are a aqua park, tennis courts, mini golf, bowls club, outside free exercise parks, various children’s play areas, and an 18 hole golf course (La Marquesa). The Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura is only a short drive, and consists of miles of golden sand bordered, for a large part of its length, by sand dunes and pines. The property is situated 35 minutes south of Alicante airport and 30 minutes north of Murcia airport (San Javier), providing a wide choice of flights from the low-cost airlines operating to both airports.
