- Where are your properties located?
Our rental properties are located in & around the Ciudad Quesada area of the Costa Blanca South.
- What types of properties do you offer?
We offer a range of self-catering properties such as villas, townhouses, apartments & semi-detached properties.
- Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Holiday rental properties have a minimum stay of 3 nights & a maximum stay of 10 nights.
Short Term rental properties have a minimum stay of 11 nights and a maximum of three months. This may be negotiated on an individual basis.
Long Term rental properties have a minimum stay of 3 months, and a maximum stay of 12 months. This can be renewed with the owners agreement.
- Are pets allowed?
Some of our properties accept small – medium pets, look for the pet information on the property you are interested in. If you have a large pet, please enquire before booking.
Booking & Pricing
- How do I book a property?
Some of our properties are bookable online. You will find the availability calendar and booking form on the property page. For the properties that require an enquiry, please contact the property manager.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Some properties accept online payment and direct bank transfer. You will find payment information on the property pages.
- Is a deposit required?
A portion of the balance payment will be required as your non-refundable reservation deposit. Within your booking payment, you will see a damage deposit, and a utility usage hold.
- What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations of bookings must be in writing by email to Hope Properties. If cancellation is more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is less than 8 weeks before departure, the following refunds apply:
In the event of a cancellation, you will receive your damage deposit & utility hold back in full. The remainder of the booking costs will be refunded based on the below timeline:
6 – 8 weeks before arrival date – 50% of remaining booking costs returned (deposit non-refundable)
4 – 6 weeks before arrival date – 25% of remaining booking costs returned (deposit non-refundable)
0 – 4 weeks before arrival date – NO REFUND.
- Are there any additional fees?
The booking will include the Property Rental, WIFI, Service Fee, Damage Deposit, Utility Hold & the Exit Cleaning Fee.
Check-in & Check-out
- What time is check-in and check-out?
Arrival after 4.00pm (unless otherwise arranged with Hope Properties)
Departure by 11.00am (unless otherwise arranged with Hope Properties)
If vacating outside of usual business hours, you may be required to return keys to a local drop box upon departure.
- How do I collect the keys?
A Hope Properties representative will meet you at the property upon arrival. Further details can be found in your booking confirmation.
- Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check in & Late check out cannot be guaranteed once the booking has been made. Please contact us to enquire.
Amenities & Services
- Do your properties have WiFi?
All of our properties offer WIFI & basic TV services in English.
- Are towels and bed linens provided?
All Holiday & Short Term Properties include bed linen & house towels. Please bring your own pool towels. Alternatively, they can be purchased at nearby shops.
Long Term Rentals will sometimes include bed linen & house towels.
- Will a cleaner visit during my stay?
Our properties are offered Self Catering. Each property includes basic cleaning supplies & a washing machine for you to use during your stay.
Rental Policies
- Do you have house rules?
Each property will have house rules to comply with community rules & regulations. Please refer to the House Rules during the booking process.
- Is smoking allowed in the properties?
Smoking and Vaping is not permitted inside the properties. You may smoke outside of the properties.
- Can I have guests over during my stay?
Guests are welcome during your stay. If guests will be staying overnights, we ask you to provide basic guest details for fire safety regulations.
- What happens if something gets damaged?
Accidents happen! If you damage something during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can work on finding a replacement as soon as possible. The cost will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- When will I receive my damage deposit back?
Damage deposits are refunded within 14 working days. This may take a little longer if damages have been found, whilst we source replacement items.
- How do I pay for my utility usage?
For Holiday Rentals, fair usage for water & electricity is included for your stay.
For Short Term Rentals, meter readings will be taken on entry & exit. At the end of your stay, we will calculate the costs and deduct from your utility usage hold. Any remaining funds will be refunded.
For Long Term Rentals, utilities will be payable monthly alongside your rent payments.
Local Information
- Are there supermarkets, restaurants, or attractions nearby?
There are many supermarkets and Restaurants in Ciudad Quesada. You will always find supermarkets in walking distance of your property. More information can be found in your welcome book.
- Is a car necessary, or is public transport available?
Depending on the location of your property, you may find many supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Ciudad Quesada does not currently offer a public transport service. We recommend Car Hire or Taxi Services for exploring the local areas to make the most of your stay.
