Bedroom 2: Double room, supporting twin beds, bedside tables, lamps, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading to balcony and staircase to roof solarium, hot / cold air con unit.

Bathroom 1: family bathroom, bath with overhead shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet

Cloakroom: ground floor cloakroom, toilet and hand basin

Kitchen: Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron / ironing board, toaster, kettle full set of kitchen utensils etc and washing machine in upper utility room, breakfast bar and stools.

Lounge / Diner: display cabinet, 2x two seated recling sofas, 1x three seated sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, TV unit various ocasional tables.

Outside: Terrace area with patio table and chairs overlooking the pool, front patio / garden area, solarium balconies off bedrooms, private communal pool and garden area.
