Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor, twin beds, bedside tables, lamps, fitted wardrobes, air conditioned, door leading to balcony
Bedroom 3: Located on the ground floor, double bed, bedside table, lamp, air conditioned
Bathroom 1: Family bathroom, located on the ground floor, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, and washing machine.
Bathroom 2: located on the first floor, corner bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet and heated towel rail.
Kitchen: Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron / ironing board, toaster, kettle full set of kitchen utensils etc.
Utility Room: Tumble dryer, wall mounted store shelves etc.
Lounge / Diner: Two white sofas 3 and 2 seated, occasional table, two display unit, TV unit with display cupboard, drawer’s unit, British TV package, flat screen, dining table and chairs, portable gas fire, air conditioning unit.
Outside: Two balconies leading of the master bedroom and twin bedroom, ground floor terrace with table and chairs, various outdoor furniture including sun-beds, private communal pool and garden area.
Prices shown are in GBP and per week. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The balance plus £150 damage/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Damage/key deposit will be returned, within 14 days, subject to satisfactory inspection of the property. The rental rates also include water and electricity costs, bedding and towels (please bring your own beach/pool towels). There is a charge of £87.50 for the departure clean and laundry, payable with the balance. You will be met at the property on your arrival, given keys and information about the property. Driving directions, airport transfers, full area information pack can be supplied on application.
